Finclass is a family run butcher business. We have been supplying many of London’s most-loved restaurants with hand selected, matured on the bone, high quality grass fed meat since 1994. After years of supplying chefs, Finclass is delighted to offer you the opportunity to cook beautiful cuts of meat to enjoy with family and friends.
Finclass beef is sourced from British heritage breeds reared in Surrey, Cornwall, Scotland and the Welsh Valleys. We work with farmers who use traditional farming methods where the cattle are grass fed in the summer and fed silage during the winter months.
Finclass lamb comes from the sturdy Texel breed cross. Our lamb is grass fed, free range and is reared using traditional farming methods on the pastures of Dorset, Wales and Shropshire.
Finclass top quality, free range pork is a Middle White breed, also known as the ‘London Porker’. Our pork is reared using traditional farming methods in Suffolk and Norfolk.
Finclass offers free range and Red Tractor certified poultry from Norfolk and Suffolk, we also sell a selection that comes from France which is also free range.
Finclass veal is milk fed and comes from Holland. We only buy from the most reputable farms which meet our incredibly high animal welfare standards.
